Final Sale Policy
For hygiene and safety reasons, all earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival. We kindly ask customers to carefully review product descriptions and photos before placing an order.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, please contact us at support@nuereal.com within 7 days of delivery, providing:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Eligibility
Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- The request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The item is unused, with original packaging and all accessories included.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
Return Process
- Email support@nuereal.com to request a return, including order details and photos.
- Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
- Do not return any items without approval — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Once approved, we’ll send a return shipping label (for eligible cases) and guide you through the process.
Refunds
- We will cover the return shipping cost for defective or incorrect items.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.
- Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
